Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for;
- Installation and the delivery of user training of product based on Customer orders
- Providing technical sales support demonstrations of products to our customers
- Assisting the Company with marketing efforts and attend exhibitions when requested
- Providing feedback to R&D in relation to product development/improvement
- Maximising exposure of Company products when on customer sites
- Delivering above services globally
We are looking for a dynamic self-starter who can act as an ambassador for the company and its products. By the nature of the business the role involves supporting technical (scientific) and non-technical clients across Europe and other destinations around the world so there will also be language and time zone issues to contend with. This role involves extensive travel around the world.
You will need to be an effective communicator, with a keen eye for detail, with an ability to remain calm under pressure.
Essential Attributes
- Graduate with at least a BSc in a Forensic discipline
- Highly Customer focussed
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ideas driven and views problems as opportunities for improvement
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to travel extensively, nationally and internationally
Desired Attributes
- Experience of working in a Customer Training environment
- Experience of working in a Forensic based environment
- Fluent German speaker or other second language
- Experience of working in scientific/industrial instrumentation environment would be advantageous.
- Highly proficient at all Microsoft Office packages
